We have multiple services. Some of our customers getting started with us are only looking to get their website cleaned of the malware that's been infecting it and slowing it down. Other customers are interested in our online digital summits while others may be getting a full marketing package. We will try to cover as much as we can so you have a better understanding of what to expect.
Malware scans:
Automatic: These are simple unless your site has been intentionally infected. Normally we get your site information, we do a systemized scan and you have your results within an hour.
Manual: These are more complex in nature and we have to manually go through the files infected on the server and remove them. This normally will take 2 days and your site will be back to normal. Most customers choose to have us monitor their sites on an ongoing monthly basis.
SEO Reports:
Immediate: You can get a free seo scan and report here and that is immediate. You will be able to download the report and see what issues we have found using our partnerships with companies like Google, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and SEMRush.
In-depth: These reports will be more in depth and focus on your competitors as well. We look at backlinks, on-page optimization, social media optimization and effectiveness, as well as 30 other determining factors that focus on getting you at the top of the search engines.
Web Design: Our web design clients go through a very thorough process. You will be given a project board to login to, as well as have multiple questions to answer to bring your vision to life. We will have portal for you to login to that allows you to see real time updates and milestones being hit. The web design process could take up to 90 days to finalize. Payments will be split into 1/3's so that each milestone is hit before funding the next.
Content Marketing: Content marketing will consist of us getting as much information about your product or service, (the pros and the cons) and putting together a social posting schedule to share this content that will be targeted to the selected keywords to bring in more buyers.
SEO: SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), and (social media marketing) SMM are extremely involved and a lot of time will spent on project boards and client portals to get your information correct. Our goal is to make sure our clients stay at the top of the search engines when someone searches for a targeted keyword or keywords. The same goes for hashtags and meme marketing.
Chatbot Development: We will spend time with you or your marketing director and develop select sequences and flows for a chatbot conversation. We incorporate artificial intelligence with all of our chatbots using Dialogflow and Janis.
